“One of our biggest attributes is we try to empower our employees. We try to help them to make decisions and provide feedback to the executive management team so we can stay relevant in our market. We do a president’s club where we bring the top 10% of our salespeople and then we have employees vote on a couple managers of the year, a couple of employees of the year and a couple of executives of the year. We try to get a good mix of all the different departments. This year, we had it in Key West. The year before, it was in Colorado. We did it in Vegas a couple years before that.”
